Returns must be made within 60 days from order delivery date. please contact us at email@example.com to see if we can do anything for you.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Free gifts or samples cannot be returned.
1. Items that have been customized with personalized text cannot be returned.
2. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Downloadable products
- Customized goods with personalized text
To complete your return, we require your order number and email, or a receipt as proof of purchase.
Please remind that:
Returned items must absolutely have all the tags on. If this label is missing, the return will not be accepted. Items must be without any scuffs, scratches, stains or hair. In case you want to return a BUNDLE (a pack of products), you necessarily have to return all the products included. We won't be able to refund you if we don't get the
whole pack back.
Who Pay Shipping Cost?
If you received the wrong,damaged or defective item, you can request a returns for refund, we pay shipping cost
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a returns, but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
If you do not want the product you’ve received due to choosing incorrect sizing or other reasons, you are eligible for a full refund but you must return the unused item to our offices, you should pay shipping cost.
please note that we don't offer a prepaid return label. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Freestylecycling via your chosen postal service.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only will replace items that are damaged or defective on receipt of photos showing the damage.
We offer free exchanges for sizing and style. Items that have been personalized with custom text are not eligible for a free exchange, but can be exchanged for a 50% discount
of the original price.
If sending back for an exchange, we will refund you the cost of shipping from your original order up to the value of $10 USD.
Returns for refunds are at the buyer's expense and are not refunded
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
