We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, from how they fit to how they perform. If you are not satisfied with any of your Freestylecycling items,you may return it to us for refund.
If you want to return&exchange the item(s) click here, then submit your request, we will give you all instructions about how to return to our warehouse.

Returns must be made within 60 days from order delivery date. please contact us at support@freestylecycling.com to see if we can do anything for you.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Free gifts or samples cannot be returned.

1. Items that have been customized with personalized text cannot be returned.
2. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Customized goods

To complete your return, we require your order number and email, or a receipt as proof of purchase.
Please remind that:
Returned items must absolutely have all the tags on. If this label is missing, the return will not be accepted. Items must be without any scuffs, scratches, stains or hair. In case you want to return a BUNDLE (a
pack of products), you necessarily have to return all the products included. We won't be able to refund you if we don't get the whole pack back.

Who Pay Shipping Cost?

If you received the wrong,damaged or defective item, you can request a returns for refund, we pay shipping cost
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a returns, but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
If you do not want the product you’ve received due to choosing incorrect sizing or other reasons, you are eligible for a full refund but you must return the unused item to our offices, you should pay shipping
cost.

please note that we don't offer a prepaid return label. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Freestylecycling via your chosen postal service.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is
often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@freestylecycling.com.

Exchanges
Normally, If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item or size, you must return it first, then we resend new items for you by standard shipping. If you ask for express shipping please pay us fixed rate
of express shipping, please contact us:support@freestylecycling.com

Now, we start a new return program(well below the cost for us to manufacturer, pack and dispatch), you can keep the original items, we will give you 80% off to make a separate purchase for another item or size.(the
code only can apply for same qty and similar order amount with your original order )
